MobileAppDaily does not rank companies based on popularity or opinion. Company placement is determined using a structured evaluation framework outlined in our methodology.
Companies are assessed against defined, category-specific criteria such as service line, portfolio, and customer reviews. Companies listed in our directories are scored on the basis of these parameters. The goal is to support comparison, not declare winners.
When multiple companies appear closely matched, a tiebreaker rule is applied to maintain consistency. In such a case, the company that has received more reviews is placed higher.
In some directories, certain listings may carry a ‘Sponsored’ tag. This indicates a commercial arrangement for visibility. Sponsored placement does not change how a company is evaluated and does not override the underlying comparison framework.
Additionally, some companies may be labelled as ‘Expert’s Choice’. This badge is used when a service provider shows strong capability or delivery quality, even if it does not meet every quantitative benchmark in the methodology. For example, a company may have fewer published case studies or reviews, but demonstrate clear expertise through its work and positioning.
Both Sponsored and Expert’s Choice labels are applied transparently and are intended to provide context, not endorsement.
