How Does MobileAppDaily Collect and Verify Reviews?

MobileAppDaily accepts reviews through a limited set of controlled channels to ensure clarity around where feedback comes from and how it is assessed.

How reviews are collected

Reviews reach the platform in three primary ways:

  1. Direct submission by users
Clients who have worked with a listed company can submit a review directly through MobileAppDaily. This is done by creating an account and completing the review form on the company’s profile.

  2. Client submissions via a shared review link
Companies may share their MobileAppDaily “Add Review” link with past or existing clients. Clients can then submit their feedback independently through the platform. The review is still treated as a user-submitted entry and goes through the same checks as any other review.

  3. Third-party review references shared by companies
In some cases, a company may submit a review that has already been published on a third-party review platform. When this happens, the company is required to share both the review content and the public link to the original source so it can be verified.

MobileAppDaily does not auto-import reviews from external platforms and does not publish testimonials without review and validation.

How reviews are verified

Every review, regardless of how it is submitted, goes through verification checks before it appears on the platform. These checks focus on two areas: identity and content.

1. Identity verification

  • For direct submissions, users must verify their email address. Where applicable, additional signals, such as the domain of the email, may be reviewed to confirm that the reviewer is associated with the organization mentioned.

  • For third-party reviews submitted by companies, the original review link is checked to confirm that the review exists publicly and is tied to a real user profile on that external platform.

The intent is to confirm that the review can reasonably be traced back to a real individual, not an anonymous or automated source.

2. Content verification

  • Reviews submitted directly on MobileAppDaily are reviewed to ensure they reflect a real engagement and do not read as promotional, generic, derogatory, or misleading.

  • Reviews referenced from third-party platforms are checked for the same reasons. The content must match what is published externally and meet MobileAppDaily’s submission standards.

MobileAppDaily does not edit reviews to change their meaning. Reviews that fail verification checks may be declined or removed.

Reviews are treated as contextual inputs, not endorsements. They exist to add a practical perspective for buyers and to give service providers a way to reflect real client experiences in a transparent manner.
