At the beginning, I wasn’t entirely sure how involved I would need to be. We had a general direction for the website, but not everything was mapped out in detail. Simpalm stepped in and started shaping things pretty quickly, especially on the UX side, which helped move us forward without overthinking every decision.

What made this project feel a bit different was how iterative it became. We did not lock everything upfront, there were a few rounds where we would revisit earlier sections after seeing how the rest of the site was coming together. I remember one instance where we had to rethink part of the navigation because it felt too layered, and that adjustment took a bit longer than expected.

They shared progress in chunks rather than constant updates, so sometimes I would review a lot at once. It worked, but occasionally meant small changes piled up. In the end, the site feels cohesive and much more aligned with how we present ourselves now.
