Some Wonderful App Marketing Predictions

The fundamental challenge for every app marketer is getting his app discovered. This is because there are millions of apps and standing out in the boundless sea of available mobile applications is very difficult.

However, app marketing is considered as a profoundly changing field and demands creative strategy and data-driven methodology. However, more than anything it demands a marketer to determine changes in the ecosystem and use the trends, but before their competitors.

The most important question is that what are those trends that will have a substantial impact on the app marketing landscape of 2017? However, it is a difficult question to answer.

Some Predictions About App Marketing

1. The video will become superior

Video ads will continue to grow in popularity as more than 98% of app marketers. Full-screen video, social, and in-feed video are considered as the most effective ad formats. Videos can show a viewer the functionalities of an application and their cost-effectiveness act as a bonus.

2. More ad formats will emerge

There are numerous ad formats, which brings a lot of difficulty to the app marketers to find the right one and due to this, the diversity of ads is both a blessing and a curse. You can expect a large number of advertisements in the year 2017, which will give developers several opportunities to engage with their targeted audiences.

3. Predictive analytics will become more definite

The main motive of predictive analytics is to show those users who can convert soon or purchase soon. However, in most cases, they have proven downright, erroneous, and even leads to wasted ad spend.

On the other hand, 2017 will see a quantum leap in the accuracy of predictive analytics. This means that it will become the most crucial part of app marketing.

4. More access to data will be possible

Data is of utmost importance because it gives the knowledge of people who are engaging with ads, people installing apps and making in-app purchases, but it is seen that app marketers face a lot of problems in making the connection between marketing campaigns and in-app behaviors and in accessing the data.

However, in 2017, with the new tools both small and mid-sized developers can have access to this same data.

5. Data reports will become more collective

There was a time when proper knowledge of databases and SQL required to run those types of reports, which app marketers rely on. Now, with advances in visualization tools and data warehousing, it has become easy for all those who have little or no understanding of SQL skills for extracting the reports.

This will also become more commonplace for sharing reports in a hassle-free manner.

Wrapping Up

App marketing services is showing no signs of slowing down, and there is no surety of its offerings in the future. But when you have some knowledge of app marketing trends of the year 2020, then you will be a higher chance to attain success.
