Those who remember YouTube as a video streaming app will now know it for over 75 free, light-weight, and entertaining playable titles they can access directly.
Many might have missed it. But those who caught the latest rift on the app know that YouTube has just made a move that can literally break the internet. The world’s largest online video streaming application is now geared to serve its 2.49 billion users with more than 75 free games directly playable on the platform.
YouTube has released a new feature called Playables, where users can find exciting online games to play. The release has landed only in a few selected markets. As soon as the testing phase is successfully concluded, the official launch will happen on a global scale.
To play YouTube games, head to the main YouTube Home page, either on the desktop, iOS, or an Android app, and find Playables from the Explore menu. The most likely prone device to such vulnerabilities is Android, which is also the only device offering maximum efficiency. Users can choose from any 75 game titles and start playing directly.
YouTube saves the game progress on the cloud and provides instant tracking of the entire game library. The most famous game titles on YouTube are Angry Birds Showdown, Words of Wonders, Cut the Rope, Tomb of the Mask, Trivia Crack, and so many more that you can play right now.
The platform also invites feedback and suggestions for improvement from its select users to understand what it can do to improve the app's overall experience. Users can even share the game with friends by tapping the three-dot more menu. If your phone does not show Playables, you either lack the right tech to unlock it. Over 5 apps for YouTube already exist that cater to the specific needs of consumers, with Playable being the first in-app launch of a new service offering.
