Augmented Reality For Real Estate Apps Will Redefine The Home Buying Experience

The Real Estate AR apps will revolutionize the sector

Augmented Reality For Real Estate Apps

Apple may have changed the face of iOS apps with its AR technology in iOS11 but things will get more advanced in the future. The new AR iOS apps have already enabled the users to overlay the virtual objects onto their real surroundings. But, then some of the software firms soon coming with Real Estate dedicated AR apps to digitalize the house buying action.

Imagine you are buying a house that you can customize prior and in between the construction using the AR mobile apps. Real Estate AR apps could change the whole process of selling and buying properties.

Said Matthew Miller, founder of NYC architecture firm StudioLAB. Integrating the AR technology to the Real Estate sector could be the best way to leverage the Augmented Reality Technology for business.

In order to turn the idea into reality, many AR software firms are working on the technology to develop the apps, especially for Real estate brokers and firms. The software could help the buyers to change the design, color, texture and other minute details I order to see the fully constructed house will look.

Said Warburg Realty, a Manhattan-based real estate agency. The Real estate AR apps will also be able to select the furniture type and the decor for the house using Augmented reality. However, the furniture companies such as Ikea have already added the AR option to their app but real estate AR apps will take it to a whole new level. Pandora Reality, an AR software firm which is also delicately working to build Real Estate AR apps shared that in no time it will change the way how the Real Estate works currently. Alper Guler, the firm’s head of operations said, “Home buying is a weeks-long process. You can keep clients engaged with augmented reality much more than a link to a website.”

AR apps on iOS such as Ikea and Measure Kit have already proven the potential of Augmented reality in Furniture buying and customizing. There is no doubt that the Real Estate is a preferable sector to initialize the AR apps implementation for business. However, we have to wait for some time to experience the AR Real Estate apps as these are currently in the development phase.
