We required a website that features a comprehensive member directory with a centralized hub where members could both post shipping quote requests and receive competitive options from their peers. Additionally, we needed an improved solution for managing member details and billing internally.

What is it about the company that you appreciate the most?

At times, updates and replies came a little slowly, especially during busy periods. This was the only small downside in an otherwise good experience.
