We came to Minutes Technology with a pretty specific vision for the LegalXcode app. We're in the legal and compliance space, which means the app had to be simple enough for first-time users but robust enough to handle real document workflows, status tracking, and expert connectivity. Not an easy brief.
What stood out from day one was that they didn't just nod along and start building. They asked the right questions, pushed back on a couple of our ideas where they felt the UX would suffer, and honestly that back-and-forth made the final product much better.
The development process was fairly smooth. There were a couple of rounds where we asked for changes mid-way — partly our fault for evolving requirements — and the team accommodated without making it a whole drama. Communication was consistent, we always knew where things stood, and they delivered close to the timelines we agreed on.
Budget-wise, they were upfront from the start. No surprise invoices halfway through, which in my experience is rarer than it should be.
The app is live now on Google Play and we've had good feedback from our users on the interface. Clean, fast, easy to navigate — which is exactly what we asked for.
Would I work with them again? Yes, already in talks for the next phase. That says enough.

While their design deliverables were always excellent, a couple more live brainstorming sessions could have accelerated some creative decisions.
That said, once we shared this feedback, the aPurple team was quick to adapt and scheduled regular design workshops. Their ability to take feedback constructively and implement it instantly shows how client-centric they are.
