One of the website’s features is called game challenges. These are mini-games in which students answer questions in a fully animated game, and whoever gets the highest score wins a prize at the end of the week.
Project Highlight:Idea Maker has saved us a lot of time. In one year since we switched from the old site to the new site, our product revenue has grown by 60%–70%. We’re also a lot more efficient. Before working with Idea Maker, it took us around a month and a half to fix a bug, while Idea Maker fixes them in less than 24 hours. Idea Maker delivers work on time and within budget. We primarily use Jira and Slack for communication.
I've worked with other agencies, and, in comparison, Idea Maker is very organized, and they always get back to us right away. For example, I needed statistics on how many users were using a feature on the site, so I reached out to Idea Maker. This was the first time I asked for these specific metrics, and they gave the full metrics.
Areas of Improvement:Everything has ups and downs, but it now depends on how fast and well you manage any mistake made, Idea Maker deal with errors and any mistakes as soon as it comes up, so I can’t think of anything they can improve on because they've done such a good job.
