We wanted one place to see all that data, catch billing mistakes fast, spot trends in patient visits, and make smarter choices without drowning in files. They sat with us and mapped every data source, ehr, billing software, insurance claims, appointment calendars, even old excel sheets. Then they wrote pipelines to pull all that info into a new cloud warehouse every night. They cleaned up thousands of duplicate or missing records and set rules so bad data gets flagged before it ever loads. Next they built interactive dashboards showing patient visits by week, no show rates, revenue per therapist, average session length, billing backlog, and insurance denials. The Kanerika team is proficient in all Microsoft tools and have built two HTML website portals. They manage several SSIS packages, HTML customisation and our SQL system databases.
They’re good at explaining. Since I’m not technical working with them has taught me a lot because they made technology and behind the scenes stuff easy to understand. So we could have fewer technical staff.
