WhatsApp has finally come up with a business app to make direct money from large enterprises. It has leaked out in all its grandeur providing us the insights of its functionality and explaining how it differs from regular WhatsApp.
The app is available on the Google Play Store as ‘WhatsApp Business’ which distinguishes its identity from the regular WhatsApp. The company has involved ‘B’ in the logo and give it an appearance of green chat fizz. However, it is to be noticed that the app is still kept in the beta platform and only a reserved group of app testers have access to its beta version.
The news of WhatsApp Business testing with Indian small-scale businesses went viral almost a month ago. A survey had also been carried out by the WhatsApp to register impending small businesses for a testing, according to the information leaked in Android police.
At the time, WhatsApp Business website was made live, the survey was available on its FAQ page. A report says, testers were asked to give feedback about every feature like programmed reactions, message analytics etc.
The Business app has presented some fascinating and valuable features that involve chat migration, setting up of Business Profile, programmed responses, and analytics. The users will have the opportunity to mention business description like Website, Address, work links etc and users will have the options of business categories to choose.
WhatsApp Business enables users with options of chat migration and multiple accounts which makes this app more user-friendly. The user will have options to use both regular and business WhatsApp on the same phone but with different numbers or switch regular WhatsApp number to the business account or vice-versa.
