Apple users can use their iPhones to scan and buy accessories
Apple Store app receives a new update in the form of its 5.0 version that comes with new options and a refreshed user-interface. The iPhone maker pushes the redesigned update Store app and claims it to be more personalized and informative than ever. The new search tabs and shopping features will help the users to explore the products and company services more conveniently.
The revamped Apple Store app includes a dedicated Sessions tab for the ‘Today at Apple program.’ This section will show all the scheduled activities like knowledgeable sessions on art, music, programming, and photography at the nearby App Stores. A spotlight feed is also available in the section that features the top upcoming events and information. However, the sessions information can also be accessed via Discover section, this show how much the company wants its Today at Apple to get popular among the users.
In addition, users can also use the Session tab to get the comprehensive details about any Apple forthcoming educational session. Tapping on a particular session will break it down in the event’s information including time, direction to the App Store, sign up option, the influencer will be available at the session and much more. Users can also search the upcoming sessions at Apple Stores by entering the date or a particular category like Business, Coding, Art etc.
Apple also made the billing and order managing actions simpler for the users with the new update. Now, the app allows the users to go through their invoices, cancel any order, changing or editing the shopping address and much more. Till now, the iOS users had to make these changes via desktop or web interface. The newly added shopping feature enables the users to scan and buy accessories just with use of their iPhones. In order to provide information about any product, Apple has added a ‘New’ tab with a nearby store finder option.
A small but very useful tweak that company made in the updated app is adding the option to explore ‘Certified Refurbished’ products along with their prices. The users can download revamped Apple Store app anytime from App store.
