Navya, the French technology giant has turned the market game into their favor. They have launched the first self-driving taxi which is known as Autonom Cab. In this latest news, technology seems to have reached the level where the manpower is going to be dominated by machine power.{IRP}The company rolled out the latest self-driving vehicle the Autnom Cab which is a level 4 autonomous vehicle at a flamboyant event held in Paris. This vehicle is designed without any human needed controls i.e. steering wheel, mirrors, brakes etc. This product is in the testing process while amazing the streets of Paris which has now come to the point where it is ready to be shipped.{IRP}This innovation is certainly a blockbuster in the world of self-driving cars, this Autonom Cab is a smaller version of the company’s previous self-driving shuttles. This self-driving cab is going to pull up the speed at an average of 30 mph. CEO Christophe Sapet stated that since the creation of self-driving Autonom Cab, the company has been coming across a lot from the cities and mobility markets. Now it is clear that a stereotyped image of an individual car has changed completely specifically if we speak about the millennial generation. They look for mobility solutions that are available round the clock where their safety is guaranteed at a lesser cost. They firmly believe in the concept of the individual vehicle because very less population of this generation hardly owns a driving license.{IRP}While level 5 is the highest autonomous driving level, at present the Autonom Cab has been able to qualify itself for level 4. Interestingly, it has 10 lidar units, multiple radars along with the cameras and a mapping tool that was Navya’s In-built feature. Navya the French technology giant has already started with plans of leveraging the experience for the passengers. The Autonom cab will be well armed with a connected platform which will facilitate the passengers to request for a tour of the city. It is undeniably going to revolutionize the self-driving rides with the variety of the features like the cultural tour of the city, selection of a playlist and the ticket purchase to the cultural attractions.Navya has already been in the process of signing the numerous partnerships with the transport companies like Paris based Keolis and Royal Automotive Club which is based out of Australia.
