The Google Pixel 11 Launch: Specs, AI Upgrades, and the New Pro Fold

Google has officially introduced its latest generation of smartphones in New Delhi on August 12, 2026: the Pixel 11, Pixel 11 Pro, Pixel 11 Pro XL, and the Pixel 11 Pro Fold. The entire lineup is engineered end-to-end with custom silicon, featuring a modern design built for everyday durability and all-day reliability.

At the core of these new devices is the all-new Google Tensor G6 chip and the Titan M3 security chip, which seamlessly integrate to form Pixel's most robust and proactive defense system to date. 

Co-designed with Google DeepMind, the Tensor G6 represents Google's most advanced custom processor, engineered alongside the Titan M3 co-processor to deliver quantum-resistant security protections. Running the latest Gemini Nano model, these phones are built specifically to unlock Gemini Intelligence, bringing together proactive assistance, contextual understanding, and on-device processing to help users accomplish more with less effort.

Pixel 11, Pixel 11 Pro, Pixel 11 Pro XL, and Pixel 11 Pro Fold will be available starting at INR 89,999, INR 1,19,999, INR 1,34,999, and INR 1,86,999, respectively. They are now available for pre-order via the Google Store and will be on shelves at the Google Store and our retail partners on August 20. As with previous Pixel smartphones, the Pixel 11 family of devices will also receive seven years of Pixel Drops and OS and security updates.

Google also announced the Pixel Watch 5 in two bezel sizes, and a new color variant for Pixel Buds Pro 2. Pixel Watch 5 is available for pre-order starting August 12 and will be on shelves August 20, starting at INR 42,900 (41mm) and INR 45,900 (45mm).

Breaking Down the Hardware and Features

The Pixel 11 series refines the iconic camera bar with a slimmed-down profile and premium finishes across the board. To provide a clear view of the hardware upgrades, here is a breakdown of the distinct models:

The Pixel 11 Pro Fold is additionally optimized for large screens with foldable-first multitasking features, including Bubble Anything, Split Screen, Drag and Drop, and Instant View.

Intuitive AI Integration at Your Fingertips

The new smartphones integrate powerful AI directly into the user experience, introducing new camera capabilities designed to capture moments in your authentic style.

• HiLight: This feature uses LED lights built around the camera's flash to provide timely, glanceable information, such as color-coded glows for incoming calls from favorite contacts or when interacting with Gemini hands-free.
• Rambler: Built for the way people actually talk, this Gemini-powered voice input feature delivers fast, accurate transcription that cleans up filler words like "um" and "ah".
• Magic Capture: Intelligently analyzes hundreds of frames in real time to automatically identify and enhance the best spontaneous moments.
• Camera Looks: Allows users to personalize their capture style at the sensor level, offering customizable options like Natural, Shadows, and Vanilla to emulate classic film tones, adjust frame processing, and set a preferred default look.
• Creator Suite: An exclusive toolset on the Pro devices that includes an integrated teleprompter, Storyboard editing, and creator-focused camera controls to produce content directly on the phone.

Expanding the Ecosystem and Availability

Google is also expanding its wearable and audio offerings alongside a new suite of protective accessories. The new Pixel Watch 5 is powered by the Snapdragon® W5 Gen 2 Wearable Platform, making it 20 percent faster with 12 percent faster CPU processing.

It surfaces glanceable updates exactly when you need them and supports Offline Gemini assistance, One Handed Gesture Expansion, a Complication Revamp, and Generative Watch Faces.

The smartwatch features Health Guardian to summarize sleep and recovery with a 15% more accurate sleep tracking system, alongside blood pressure and insulin resistance trend summaries guided by the Google Health Coach. It also includes Google's best GPS tracking, guided Strength Training experiences, and new Smart Wake alarms.

For audio, the Pixel Buds Pro 2 received software updates including enhanced adaptive Active Noise Cancellation, Gemini Voice Control for hands-free interactions, Live Translate for media, and Sleep Sync to automatically pause audio when the Pixel Watch detects sleep.

To complement the devices, Google introduced next-generation PixelSnap accessories. For the first time, Pixel will offer clear cases to showcase the phone's original design, alongside color-matched cases (Frost, Obsidian, Pistachio, Hibiscus, Canyon, Fog, and Olive) that blend durability with style. The company also introduced three new PixelSnap Ring Stand colors: Canyon, Olive, and Obsidian.

As with previous smartphones, the Pixel 11 family will receive seven years of Pixel Drops, OS, and security updates. Google is providing several offers across India, including instant cashback and up to 24-month No-Cost EMI options through HDFC Bank and ICICI Bank, as well as zero down payment financing through Bajaj Finance and IDFC FIRST Bank.
