Areas of Improvement:Honestly, we had an overwhelmingly positive experience. But if I had to suggest anything, it would be to add more real-time collaboration sessions during the initial design phase. While their design deliverables were always excellent, a couple more live brainstorming sessions could have accelerated some creative decisions.
That said, once we shared this feedback, the aPurple team was quick to adapt and scheduled regular design workshops. Their ability to take feedback constructively and implement it instantly shows how client-centric they are.
