Apple May Come With More iPhone Storage, RAM Options And Stylus Support

Apple makes its fan excited every year with the launch of new iPhones and this year’s event is around the corner. As the date of the new iPhone launch is approaching the rumor market is getting hot. According to the latest rumor, the tech giant is all set to launch three new iPhones this year. However, there is no official confirmation yet, but all we have are just leaks and rumors.

According to TrendForce, Apple has finally done with the this year’s iPhone launch preparation and will be launching three devices. The trio will include iPhone 9, iPhone X -Second generation and the biggest iPhone X Plus. According to the company’s report, Apple will be making significant upgrades in new iPhones with a slight cut in the price this year. The upcoming iPhones are expected to come with increased memory storage, bigger RAM, and OLED screens.

However, along with these additions the company will be bringing an eye-catching upgrade with new iPhones. TrendForce believes that the OLED screens of iPhone X and iPhone X plus will be coming with stylus support. Yes, the iPhone could get a touch pen similar to Samsung Galaxy Note series. Although we know Steve Jobs made a joke about the stylus for smartphones, however, the tie has changed since then, and the stylus could do amazing things for the user. The other news that Trendforce dropped is that Apple will be returning to broader storage capacity. The company will be offering the three-tier ( 64GB, 265GB, 512GB) options that it restrained to two options last year. However, iPhone 9 will be missing on both stylus and the higher storage capacity as only the high-end devices going to share these upgrades.

The list does not end here, TrendForce also states that Apple will be launching the new iPhones with improved RAM. Both iPhone X and iPhone X plus will possess a 4GB RAM, whereas, iPhone 9 again will hold back with 3GB RAM. The other most exciting revelation is the cut back in the price of the upcoming iPhones. According to the report, Apple will be launching the iPhone 9 at $699 which is similar to the iPhone 8 launched last year but misses the fullscreen design. The OLED iPhones will start from $899 which shows $100 reduction from last year’s price.

So, it seems like Apple wants to play safe this year as it coming with a big, glittery wealthy iPhone and an affordable variation having all the features.
