Motorola is slowly picking up the pace with other giants in the mid-range smartphone market. The company’s G series is benefiting the most with its robust hardware support and excellent performance. The Lenovo owned company is targeting the money conscious users with budget-friendly yet powerful handsets. Now, the rumors about the Moto mystery phone named Motorola One Power is getting stronger day by day. According to the recent reports, the smartphone could feature a notch screen and too much power under the hood. However, the company didn’t drop anything officially regarding the Moto One Power yet. We have gathered all the recent leaks and relevant rumors about the Motorola upcoming smartphone below.
As Motorola Moto 6 has already launched the company must have started working on their next mid-range smartphone. For the last few months, there were rumors that the company is working on a new smartphone that will be entirely different from other Motorola smartphones. After a few days, the name Motorola One Power come out to the surface from various sources. Moreover, TechInfoBit has shared few images of the smartphone that it claims to be the One Power. The hands-on images reveal a notch screen design with a dual rear camera at the back.
Earlier this year AndroidHeadlines released a report sharing the new Motorola smartphone with notch screen. The latest images shared by TechInfoBit backed up the reports. In the images we have an almost 6-inch display smartphone having the iPhone style notch at the top. The phone with a minimal bezel owns a very tiny chin at the bottom. The multiple images of the phone also reveal the smooth metallic design of the phone. At the back side, there is a vertically mounted dual camera along with a centrally positioned fingerprint sensor with a Moto sing inside it. Besides, the volume key and the lock of the phone is placed at the right side while the SIM tray is on the left side. The speaker grills are available at the bottom of the phone divided by a USB-C type port. However, we haven't found any 3.5mm jack, although there is no pic showing the top of the phone, we don't know about it yet.
If the leaked images are authentic, then the company has changed a lot in its designing pattern. The notch screen and the vertically sacked rear camera will be entirely new for the Motorola users.
Maybe there is a question on the existence of the Motorola upcoming smartphone, but still, there are rumors about its specifications. The various sources suggest that the phone could come with a 6.2 inch IPS LCD capacitive touchscreen having the 1080 X 2280 pixels resolution. Besides, the One Power could feature a Qualcomm SDM636 Snapdragon 636 chipset coupled with the 6/4 GB RAM. Along with this, the smartphone could come with three variant on the basis of storage including a 32/64/128GB. Talking about the camera, the dual camera can be seen in the leaked images. So, the One power could comprise a dual rear camera of 12MP and 5MP lenses. The 12MP lens will be the primary lens, and the 5MP lens will act as secondary for the bokeh effect and depth sensing. The front camera is expected to composed of a powerful 8MP lens with LED flash.
Besides, the phone is expected to run on Android 8.1 (Oreo) right out of the box. A 3780 mAh non-removable Li-Ion battery will process the power supply.
The phone is still a rumor, and the leaked images are not confirmed by the company yet. So, we are far away from the release date of the phone for now. The company may be still working on the One Power and will release a statement soon. Considering the launch cycle of the company and recently released smartphone we don't believe that we get to see the One Power any time before 2019.
