May 16th!! That’s the date for the launch of much-awaited OnePlus 6. In a recent update, WinFuture spotted full images of the OnePlus 6 (Now removed) on Amazon Germany listing. OnePlus 6 leaked images suggest two models of the new device, one as Midnight Black and another one with glass body finish (As earlier confirmed by the company). As quite evident from the new pictures, the new device is dominated by a 6.3-inch display at the front, and shiny "mirror black" body frame that clearly boasts its glass body.

The back side of the OnePlus 6 holds the 16- and 20-megapixel rear cameras in a vertical setup (Same as that of iPhone X) with flash and fingerprint sensor underneath it. Unlike iPhone X, OnePlus 6 has not omitted fingerprint sensor from its handset. Who knows, the new model may also offer both the Face ID and fingerprint sensor.

OnePlus had beforehand affirmed the device to be outfitted with up to 8GB of RAM and 256GB of storage capacity. In addition, there would likewise be a base variant with 6GB of RAM and 64/128GB of capacity. The company had also confirmed that OnePlus 6 would be powered by the latest Qualcomm Snapdragon 845 processor and will run on the most recent Android Oreo 8.1.0.

With the dominance of OnePlus 5T all throughout 2017, so it shouldn’t be a big deal if we expect more out of the new offering from OnePlus. In the prior rumours, the new design was quite evident, but the new insights showcased a better picture of the flagship device. The new device is expected to pack all the premium features like wireless charging, a premium glass design, and a full-screen display, which were missing in all the previous models.

To cater the sales of its flagship handset, OnePlus has come up with new sales strategy named as ‘Fast AF.’ It will let the customers lay their hands on the new device on the launch day itself. In India, OnePlus 6 is scheduled to be launched on May 17, in Mumbai at NSCI@ Dome. And as per other rumours, OnePlus is expected to roll out Avengers: Infinity War special edition handset for its fans.

OnePlus 6 will be in direct line of fire with the likes of Apple's iPhone X, Huawei P20 Pro, and Samsung Galaxy S9 and Galaxy S9+. With the specifications mentioned above of the base model, OnePlus 6 is expected to be priced somewhere near $600, which is surely a competitive price with such top of the line features.
