The chatting apps seem to take the cloned feature around every corner of the world before it's actual inventor. WhatsApp now attained 1 billion daily users and 1.3 billion monthly active users around the globe. The status feature currently holds the attention of 250 million users. The rival Snapchat is way behind the WhatsApp with only 166 million users on the entire app.

In 2016 February WhatsApp had 1 billion of users monthly and only 450 million users monthly back in 2014 when Facebook bought it.
Talking about the Parental company Facebook recorded a downfall in the number users and revenue as well this quarter. The social media giant shared it earning reports on Wednesday which includes the revenue of $9.16 billion along with the profit of $1.32 per share. This quarter number of the shows the 45% of year over year revenue growth with slips down from the last quarter which was 49.24%.
Facebook currently handling the 2.006 billion users, which increased from 1.94 billion last quarter with the growth rate of 3.4 which less than that of the last quarters 4.3%.
