Apple recently disclosed that the developers have made more than 70 billion till now from the App Store since its launch. But it's just the small view of the power of the apps, there is still a lot potential hold by the mobile apps to give business more than ever. The mobile application analysing and stats carrying firm AppAnnie has revealed its future numbers of app revenue. According to the reports, the mobile app economy will be $6.3 trillion by 2021.

On Tuesday AppAnnie rolls out its official revenue calculated predictions of the global app community. The company believes that the rapidly increasing numbers of smartphone owners is the biggest cause of such hike. The mobile app technology is invading every field due to its stupendous applications. The app economy will cross the collection of $6.3 trillion by 2021 which is almost 380% more than app revenue in 2016 ($1.6 trillion).

Among all the categories of applications, E-commerce is coming as the leader to lure the users of smartphones. E-commerce apps have single handily contributed the major portion in taking the app economy so high. AppAnnie predicts this category will continue to lead the app world by 2021 as people love shopping online more than anything. China and the Asia- Pacific region are the top users of the E-Commerce applications.

AppAnnie has given some facts by adding that compared to the Americans, Chinese are more likely to spend on app technology. According to the stats, Chinese are three times as likely to buy groceries and food using phones, twice as likely to transfer money via apps as compared to the U.S. smartphone users.

However, Apple will continue to rule the market by generating about $40 billion revenue in 2017 according to AppAnnie prediction while Google and third-party Android apps will make $20 million and $21 million respectively.

App economy is achieving new heights and set the new standards every year after year. The continual evolution of the technology and the availability of the smartphones are the core of this rapid growth. Tech giants like Apple and Google are tediously working on improving the user experience of the apps along with making sure the security of the users.
